When I'm reviewing a record and try to switch crop years, I'm notified that I cannot change because I'm editing. Please allow me to "view" a record without editing, OR check to see if it's dirty (edited) before preventing me from switching.

Activities and general production are the same as potatoes, we just need those varieties in the system so sugar beet producers can start using our product.
