Weather/Rain Gauge Records Merged

Add a rain gauge section on the sidebar where we can select the areas we have gauges set up on and be able to keep a record of the rain dates and amounts recieved.

also an option for recording hail damage acres and locations.

Tracking rain and enter custom activities

Merged
the ability to track rain. Cumulative and each rain event per field. Also the ability to customize your own activity. Ie stump picking vs rock picking. Harrowing vs tilling. Examples like that.
