Increased amount of details for grain contracts and deliveries Merged

When creating the contract, one should be able to add delivery options and location (FOB Farm or Delivered). Contracts should also be linked to a crop year so they are only visible when you are in that year of Field.

For deliveries be able to attach load tickets and add additional details such as moisture %, test weight, and dockage by % and/or gross/net weight. Notes would be used for any additional quality details such a falling number or VOM levels.

Should also be able to change the units for deliveries to bushels, lbs, kg, or MT to match load tickets. The system would then do the conversion based on the crop to show the appropriate amount remaining on the contract as per the contract units. I.e. contracts are often priced out in bushels but delivery tickets are in MT.

Settlement tracking is a further option to explore as well.
