I think when entering an Activity the first thing you want to do is enter the date when activity took place, not in the center of of dialog box where it can be missed.
Instead of having to select and choose each fertilizer, can wee have a popup screen that you have pre-selected to have either macro, micro, or both macro and micro nutrients to show up and we tab over into each box to fill the nutrient
Add Onhand inventory Dashboard same as on the web version

In the equipment maintenance section have a spot to put hours so that it can be totalled at end of year report so you keep track of repair time. As suggested by Brad M.
Most likely a toggle we could enable during a fertilizer activity. A customer wanted to track this along with the changing rate of their water conditioner with various fertilizers.
