Add new activity - trimming/pruning Merged

Customer has an orchard and it is a costly process to pay their staff to trim/prune their trees every year, and they would like to track this in AEF to have a more accurate cost of production. Can we add an activity called trimming or puning, and then be able to track the labor, crop, equipment and dates on it? Thanks!
