Include part number, Date of purchase, Description, Machine used on, Unit size, Quantity in stock, Unit price, Dealer purchased from, and Invoice number.
In conjunction with this data base you could set up where I could create an Invoice or Shop work order for repairs on individual machines which could then be applied to those machines in the machinery tab
