Larry is an organic cereal producer and needs to be able to track lot numbers for traceability purposes. In FM PRO he could put a lot number in the notes section on any activity and print it with a few reports, but AgExpert Field does not include the notes on any reports at this time. Adding the ability to print notes in the activities report and field report could be a quick win that would meet his needs.
Adding a box to track lot numbers during a planting and harvest activity would be a better alternative. The lot numbers would also show up in the storage location details view and thus would be also tracked in contracts and deliveries.
Lastly, Larry is also a pedigree producer. Lot numbers change every year and being able to distinguish pedigree and non-pedigree seed varieties would be valuable.
